With Halloween coming up, some of you may already be worrying about how you’re going to stay in shape with all the Halloween candy and treats around. Well, we’ve got some fun Halloween workouts for you to help you keep fit AND festive! 

The Candy Crush Workout

15-minute ab-crushing workout! Follow along here: Candy Crush Ab Workout

  • 2 min - 2 min warm-up - march in place 30 sec - twists 30 sec - jumping jacks 30 sec - squat to crow 30 sec

  • 3 min - standing alternating arm reaches

  • 4 min - Standing obliques crunches 30 sec each side

  • 5 min - Woodchoppers 30 sec each side 

  • 6 min - Squat to alternating bicycle crunches

  • 7 min - forearm plank

  • 8 min - plank dips

  • 9 min - Birddog

  • 10 min - Pike Plank

  • 10 min 30 sec - crunches

  • 11 min - bicycles

  • 11 min 30 sec - vertical scissors

  • 12 min - horizontal scissors

The Graveyard Workout

  • 2 min - 2 min warm-up  - march in place  30 sec - twists 30 sec - jumping jacks 30 sec - squat to crow 30 sec

  • 3 min - squats 

  • 4 min - pulsing squats

  • 5 min - lateral walks

  • 6 min - jumps squats

  • 7 min - leg lifts (30 sec each leg)

  • 8 min - leg lift pulses (30 sec each leg)

  • 9 min - lateral single-leg taps (alternating)

  • 10 min - clams  (30 sec each leg) 

  • 11 min - single leg bridge (30 sec each leg)

  • 12 min - bridge pulses
